Overview of Our Policy At Friends Healthcare, we strive to provide the highest quality medical care and diagnostic services. We understand that plans can change. Therefore, we have established a clear Refund and Return Policy to handle cancellations and service adjustments fairly. Furthermore, we aim to make the refund process as seamless as possible for our patients.

Diagnostic Services & Blood Tests If you book a home sample collection, you may cancel your appointment at any time before the technician arrives. Specifically, the following rules apply:

  • First, if you cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled time, we will issue a full refund.

  • Secondly, if the technician has already reached your location, we may deduct a small convenience fee.

  • In addition, if we cannot perform the test due to a technical error on our part, we will provide a complete refund or a free re-test.

Surgery & Medical Consultations Our Refund and Return Policy also covers surgical bookings and consultations. Specifically, if you pay a booking amount for a procedure, you can request a refund if the surgery is cancelled due to medical reasons. Because we prioritize patient health, we evaluate every refund request on a case-by-case basis. However, once we have performed a consultation or a minor procedure, that service is non-refundable.

How We Process Your Refund Specifically, once we approve your request, we initiate the refund process immediately. Consequently, you can expect the amount to reflect in your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
